A truly magical experience from start to finish! We visited Carolyn Keyes to find my daughter's prom dress, and we couldn't have asked for better service. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful. My daughter was able to try on a variety of dresses and found the perfect one. We recently used Carolyn’s for my daughter’s prom dress hire and the whole experience was very positive. My daughter was thrilled with her dress. The staff are lovely and helpful and the selection of dresses packed into a fairly small space is impressive! At the first appt my daughter was given plenty of time and space to try as many dresses on as she needed. What a great experience we had with the ladies at Carolyn Keyes. We were looking for a dress for my daughter’s prom and they couldn’t have been more lovely. We booked an appointment and they helped M choose and try on lots of styles. Her heart was set and we made a purchase! Not only did she feel a million dollars on her prom day she felt herself! We are over the moon! We went into the shop with less than 2 weeks prior to prom. They were completely unphased and unbelievably accommodating. The selection of dresses is beyond amazing.
