I called and inquired about being a new client. I explained the nature of my business and what we were in need of. Probably about 2 minutes in detail. To have Ms Birmingham, say "Sorry I'm not taking new clients now". She should have started the call with that. I feel that lacked professional integrity and if you're not trying to grow your business you should remove any ads on a website.
