I have shopped in this store forever. It is clean and they have many items I love. Normally I would give it 5 stars. However today when I was there I was told I could not use my $2 reward with the 20% off coupon I had. Hallmark clearly states on the back of the reward that it can be combined with other offers, it's a store policy and one I don't like.
