Worst of the worst if you never want a call back or your emails returned or your voice messages completely ignored. and their phone is never answered regardless of which extension you try. Now if that’s not a sign, I don’t know what is. Trust your file will be handled and respected in the same manner. So if you love frustration and abuse, this is the one to go to. The office Caroline Simard total incompetence.

Neither good nor bad. Typical lawyers. I recommend Me.Simard over the rest. She is fair, knowledgeable and professional. I had a billing issue where one of her junior lawyers over charged me and ignored me after I pointed it out. Me. Simard resolved this issue promptly and based on my experience with this law firm she is the only one to do business with.
