Stayed at Caroline place for two weeks of respite care after knee replacement. Beautiful room, large with kitchenette which I didn’t need because of three meals a day provided. Although the fridge was handy. The menu had a large selection of choices to suit everyone’s needs. Caroline place is a lovely place with spacious dining room, help yourself coffee & snack room also used for Continental breakfast . Did not get to the movie room but it looked lovely . My wife has been a resident there since July 2024. I did love everything about the staff professional, support and Baycrest care she received... Her dementia and physical strength have gotten worse, yet their curtesy and attention has remained excellent. I would recommend this to anyone considering assisted living.

Caroline place held a bake sale for our rescue today - we were so impressed by the staff and facilities. The building itself is beautiful - a former hotel so it’s quite elegant. We watched the staff interact beautifully with the residents. The place is spotless and the feel is more like being away on vacation than a retirement home.

It is a wonderful place. They have a lot of activities for the residents. When my father moved in he was not to sure if he wanted to stay. He tried it out on a temporary bases and he realized this was the place for him. All the staff is friendly and very professional. It is clean. It is sometimes hard for a senior to transition into a retirement home. Carolines Place staff is very knowledgeable and care about their residents and help with the transition. I would definitely recommend Caroline’s Place for a loved one.
