I had a very bad experience with this lawyer when I hired her for traffic violation charges that I know for a fact that I didn't commit. I tried asking her how she will approach this before court, and she didn't seem she had any drive to prove me innocent, her only option was pleading guilty and ask for a supervision. She did not do her job as a lawyer, she just wanted the easy shortcut way, she didn't take a look at the police report or the pictures taken, or my driving record before court. I usually don’t write reviews, but in this case, I decided to do so because I had a very disappointing experience with this “law office”. I called Friday with some questions that I had for the “attorney”, and I had to explain everything to the 2 assistants who picked up the phone so that supposedly, I can get better assistance. I called in the morning and spoke to one rude assistant, and in the afternoon to another one because no one ever got back to me. Caroline is very determined, straight-forward, and compassionate. She’s been working on a case for my brother-in-law and she’s getting closer and closer for him to receive justice. i cannot not express enough determination Caroline has for our case. Her assistants are very responsive as well; always professional in their work. I know Caroline will do great things for everyone she comes across. very recommended!
