I went to pay the water bill. They are always nice at this office. Plus if you need to register to vote or if you need DMV, or the tax office, they are all right there in the same building. Also there is a Dollar General right beside them. You can peek in there since your in the area and see what treasures you can find!
I moved out of Caroline 3 years ago and every year for the past two they send me a tax bill and I have to show paperwork proving I don't live there. This year I didn't get a bill, I got a letter from the DMV that I can't renew my tags until I pay taxes I don't owe in a county I don't live in. They will not answer their phone or email so now I have to take a day off work and drive down there to prove once again I don't owe them money and hope they take the block off DMV in a timely manner.
