I was 1 Day late and I had to pay an additional 20% which was another $61.00 dollars added to my bill. I can see $10 maybe $20 for a day late but $61 is a little ridiculous.seems like Caroline has no leeway for people.
No one is answering the phones or returning messages HOWS THAT FOR BUSINESS
