The staff was very friendly and informative. They offer flexible payment options. I like the fact that they do not do shots or pills for weight loss. Dr Adkins advised that she is more concerned with long term loss.
Although I could not complete the entire program, I did lose 11 pounds. Here’s some info: - Uses a whole foods based type of elimination diet, provides accountability with weekly visits, and easy text communication to ask questions. -Custom plan: weight scan & intake forms personal health history. I’ve done 2 round with CWLI and I can’t recommend it enough. Is it hard? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely. The team is so helpful and kind. They are always there for help and support. Because of this program I am the healthiest I have ever been. If you’re serious about losing weight, it’s 100% worth it.
