My experience has been a total shock, Ive been with this bank for 38 years! And for them to treat me in away, to forcefully take money without my permission for a loan! I have paid half that's current. I have been in a bad car accident back in april out of work and i have kept in contact with the bank. yes i was late or paid small amount of payment but i have paid more than half including the pricipals in November thats current yet again and yall (The bank) decide to to take the whole amount!! The ladies that work there are fantastic! Relatively new to Charlotte and it was quick to set up an account and simple to get a car loan that I needed as well. Highly recommend for anyone!
***Please Please be aware of ALL Carolinas Telco Federal Credit Unions as they Currently focusing heavily on Invoking their "Right to offset debt" on any account that is 1 day past the due date no matter if you have promised to come in on said pay date they block you from your money before the bank opens at 9am. This means they lock you out of your bank account on direct deposit day and block any cards you have attached to transfer money to so that you cannot access any of the money you've worked hard for until they are fini... read more
I have been banking with Ctelco for may be 45 years and never been displeased with there service. Cordelia and Silvia at the South Blvd branch in Charlotte, NC. are great employees they render the best service to customers. I am so happy that i bank with CTelco because i know that i will receive great service.
