I really like this bank I love the people that I work with at this location and any location they I go to. However I absolutely hate the app and customer service. There has been multiple instances where I’m at the store trying to buy food for myself and my card declines because it says fraudulent transaction. Evelyn at Carolina Telco federal union is wonderful and knowledgeable. She is a problem solver and make members of the branch feel comfortable.
My experience has been a total shock, Ive been with this bank for 38 years! And for them to treat me in away, to forcefully take money without my permission for a loan! I have paid half that's current. I have been in a bad car accident back in april out of work and i have kept in contact with the bank. yes i was late or paid small amount of payment but i have paid more than half including the pricipals in November thats current yet again and yall (The bank) decide to to take the whole amount!!
