Hope the gift cards now come from a different company. The one at Christmas caused me to have a horrible experience. The company didn't follow through as the rep had promised.

I have had accounts for a number of years, and the experience I have had today has caused me to close these accounts out. There is no sense of urgency or willingness to assist me when my accounts have been compromised. Supervisors yelling at me, and hanging up after being on the phone for over an hour with 5 different people is absolutely ridiculous.
