Had several one on one meetings scheduled with admissions department just for no one to show up. Called multiple times and days in a row, with detailed voice messages and never get a response back. It’s very unprofessional. Me and my friend even went up there and no one was available. The security guard said many people come up to the school saying the same thing, looking for answers. Is this even a real school?

I see a lot of negative reviews from applicants, but I have had zero issues with the admissions dept., but I also take accountability for my own path and have followed up when needed. If you expect a college to hold your hand through the application process, you probably aren't prepared to be a student. Instructors are great. I think the communication with the business office can definitely be worked on between Alaysia Greenlaw, Matthew Anderson and financial aid Krystale Anderson. When asking for assistance, they are very dry and don’t seem like they’re willing to help and then the communication is pretty terrible. I just think it needs to be worked on for sure. Other than that. Everyone else is great and I enjoy the school.

Applied for fall of 2023 but ended up deferring to fall of 2024 instead due to not having everything I needed by the deadline. I was told in fall of 2023 that I’d hear back within “4-6 weeks” of beginning of March… here we are, 17 weeks later and not a peep has been heard. I reached out and just got the run around.
