Instructors are great. I think the communication with the business office can definitely be worked on between Alaysia Greenlaw, Matthew Anderson and financial aid Krystale Anderson. When asking for assistance, they are very dry and don’t seem like they’re willing to help and then the communication is pretty terrible. I just think it needs to be worked on for sure. Other than that. Everyone else is great and I enjoy the school.

Applied for fall of 2023 but ended up deferring to fall of 2024 instead due to not having everything I needed by the deadline. I was told in fall of 2023 that I’d hear back within “4-6 weeks” of beginning of March… here we are, 17 weeks later and not a peep has been heard. I reached out and just got the run around. We had a tour appointment for 2pm, and traffic delayed us 10mins. The front desk agent said we had to reschedule for being 10mins late. I asked her Dara/Dora, “you mean to tell me [no one can accommodate 10 mins]. She said they closed at 2:30pm, I’m not understanding that. Because online it clearly says they close at 4:30pm. I personally feel like this specific situation was not accommodating and I took off work 2hrs in advance. Attempted to reach via phone and email. I left a voicemail as I have questions. The automatic email response was to apply online. But when you input your personal information it request payment for the application submission. I was unable to get clarification regarding the program without paying for an application that you may or may not want to attend this specific school. This was my experience hence I chose not to pay and look into other options.
