I started out in May 2025 at 181 pounds and as of today I am now at 146 and still going. Accountability and family feeling is what keeps me going.

I started coming to the Goldsboro CWL in June of 2024, I was 187lbs and before June of 2025 I reached my goal…my goal was 145-150lbs and I am now 144lbs. Between menopause and yo-yo diets nothing has worked for me…The twins are great I love them both..sweet and informative as well as knowing what is best for you. This will be my forever goto. I have set a new of 140lbs..I’ve hit a plateau..but we are working on a plan to break that..♥️♥️♥️
