I spoke with someone on the phone and the woman told me to go to the bank and they will help me. When i went to this bank on May 1, 2025 at 2:09pm. I walked in and the lady asked could she help me i said yes, i would like to open a checking account. She asked do you have an appointment i told her no i was told on the phone to come here and someone will help me. She asked my name and said i do not see your name. After that she said I can’t help you go to the Myrtle Beach branch. I asked can i get the statements from 2023-2024... read more
They do NOT have your back. We were hacked, and she insinuated it was OUR FAULT… after MONTHS, still out $500. Do they care? No, not one bit
