They do NOT have your back. We were hacked, and she insinuated it was OUR FAULT… after MONTHS, still out $500. Do they care? No, not one bit
This use to be a wonderful credit union, I have been banking here for over several years, and I am amazed at how much it has changed, and not for the better. You are nickeled & dime you for everything, including transfers & withdrawals of your own money. This has become a DEI bank, service has dwindled and am leaving this bank in the immediate future.
Had to deposit a large check to our credit union out of state. Found out we could do so at a shared branch which for us was Carolina Trust. Went in about an hour before closing on Friday and Pam walked us through the process. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough. Simple and quick. Made us feel we were in good hands. Definitely recommend.
Kathy Platt is bar none the best branch Manager I have ever met. She took care of my issue right away with warmth and compassion. I feel my money is quite safe with this credit union, thank you again Kathy. Tellers are great as well and took care of what I needed. 😀
