Disappointed to hear they are closing the branch in October.
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with United Bank. The manager Jennifer is always there when you need her. She has gone over and above on several occasions to assist me.
I've been trying to get ahold of an employee about a special account for two weeks. The employee has yet to return a phone call. Called again today around 11am left ANOTHER message. Again no return phone call. I'll just move on to a different bank, you know one that at least acts like they want my business.
Like stepping into the past and the future all the same time. They know our names when we walk in, and care that we are taken care of. Jennifer went above and beyond with us for a home equity line and their online security is second to none. They are the best.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They even had a basket of toys for the kids! Awesome
