Been using them for 5 years on our entry and exit gates. Most jobs take repeat visits. One guys said we needed a new loop. We paid a pretty penny for that, then had a pulley issue. Which then became a circuit board issue. The gate arm fell off the axle soon after that visit. I repeatedly requested a warranty visit. I kept getting a bill. Became a pissing match. I don't have time for that. Paid them and moving on. Wish I checked reviews before dumping all that $$ into the gate.
Very poor communication.
Never want to use this company. Customer service is rude and does not follow through on their contracts. Doesn't deserve one star.
