Hands down this is the best place to go for number one customer service and knowledge! I have a personal bus in Traveling and they have helped Everytime we’ve hit a bump in the road. Toxic workplace - They allow techs and parts to drop the ball without being held accountable for their incompetence. The employees there turn and point the finger at each other meanwhile customers are waiting. It is ridiculous to see adults behave like children.
Great experience. Sales , delivery, and quality of vehicle.
Thomas hosted a training event for N.C. school transportation employees, gave us alot of great information and a tour of the facilities.
