I have ordered from them multiply times. Each time I pay for my order and have to hound them for weeks/months to get my order. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. The actual products are good, but their customer service is the worst I have experienced and I am a purchasing agent and work with suppliers all day every day.
I ordered a stamp and paid for it and never heard from them again. Received nothing. Not an email, phone call or merchandise.
I have never encounter such poor business practices. Their website is is very misleading. I ordered stamps from their website that were supposed to be the IDEAL brand & received another brand. Supposed to be metal & the ones I received were plastic. After man calls I finally got in touch with someone. They explained that the IDEAL stamp I ordered were discontinued but they left that on website & send customers something comparable. This is willful misrepresentation. I have never had such poor service from a company. They promptly Confirmed Order Aug16th. and debited my credit card but i never rec'd my order. After several messages and email someone finally had the courtesy to email me back stating they had trouble with their online orders. Oddly my cc was promptly debited. It is now October 20th Over two months later and i have yet to see my order.
Same as Jackie--No response--have fallen off the face of the earth!
I have been trying for two weeks to get ahold of someone from this company to give me a status update on material that I ordered for my company (which is a government contracting company). I have left messages and emails with no response. I paid for the order using a company card and was charged by them with no product to show for it. Now when I call it says that the mailbox is full with no space to leave a message. This is not professional.
