guy was rude and incredibly weird. Had an attitude whole time and never used manners. 0/10 would NOT recommend
Nearly impossible to contact. No way to email or chat online. They take your money for an order and then disclose that you can only get pictures if you have filled out a preorder form. Would have been good customer service to say that before taking payment! Now to see how long before I can get a refund, if at all.
I ordered pictures online prior to my son having them taken at the school. They said they did not do individual pictures of my son like I paid for only the team. The studio should know what students are doing individual. Poor professionalism and rude customer service.
The fact that you will not show proofs before ordering pictures is bad business. Your 30 day money back guarantee doesn't tell me if I want to by your pictures. I have no desire to purchase a product I don't know what it looks like. Do better
It’s been over a month and still no photos for any of the parents on our team that ordered! Unreachable - emails and oho e calls all unanswered. Really hope Greenville county schools stop using this company!
