Carolina Sports is a 5 star! if i could give this company 10 stars i would. I ordered my daughter’s pictures online and accidentally added the wrong booklet. I called customer service and they helped me get my order fixed. Both of the ladies that i spoke to were kind and walked me through getting a new order.

We've had a great experience with dance photos the last several years! They are always adorable and arrive promptly. After I make a mistake during ordering, they were happy to work with me to make sure I still got the photos we needed.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I emailed customer to repurchase a photo of my daughter's team photo from 2023. Was told that I can purchase them online so I purchased the digital. I was sent an individual photo of my daughter digitally (I had already purchased her individual photo digitally in 2023) I purchased the team photo. I called the office to get the correct photo and the office manager told me that there was nothing she could do..........
