This is locally owned. The quality of customer service is much better than the chains! Great prices and great selection. I won't rent anywhere else in Charlotte!

1. They do not tell you at the time you rent the car that you cannot drop it off if they are not open. There is no key drop box. Which force me to drive there 3 times. 2. If you are using a debit card they want you to write your Social Security number on a scrap of paper. This is how people have their identity stolen. These people are fantastic! I have been renting from them foir my church for 10 years. They are very professional and courteous. We always rent 15-people vans from them. They always have my vehicle and its always clean. Will continue using them and always recommend to others. Thanks

i rented a car in august 2008 from carolina rent a car. they were super super friendly and professional.......mike was awesome......their rates were cheap and the car was new, no smoke smell like some other companies ive rented from . i would recommend them to anyone.

i called these people at carolina rent a car. they stayed late for me and got me a car when no one else could or would. their rental policy was very lenient.because i had a check card other rental companies wouldnt rent to me. carolina rent a car did. the car was nice and new with satellite radio ! i would say you people are great !!!!!
