Not impressed at all. No longer our machine and no one there seemed to know what they were talking about.
What a great place. And wonderful to see fabric in real time. Unfortunately I went there when they were going on retreat yet it still was a great experience. I felt very comfortable browsing with a very kind employee willing to help yet not overbearing. I left my machine for repair so we'll see how that goes and I'll be back to let you know. But I have a feeling it'll be good.
I purchase online A jelly roll and when it arrived it was not the jelly roll that I had purchased. I emailed the company and received an email back the very next day from Dale letting me know an error had been made On their website. I was given a prompt refund along with being able to keep the incorrect jelly roll. I appreciate the great customer service I was given. I have no Concerns purchasing from Carolina quilt studio web page again. Thank you,
This quilt store is amazing! So bright and cheery inside and such a great selection. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to all crafters and quilters!!!
