Absolutely the worst people I have ever met and hopefully this serves as a helping hand not to do business with these people. It took this company after 3 months from the first day we went into contract to deny the loan. After three closing extensions and countless back and forth because they kept changing the numbers and rates and origination charges they simply just said no and of course we lost our deposit because it took 3 months to get a denial letter. Absolute joke of a lender.
