The service was one of a kind. April gave me a step by step guide from day one on how to go about the service and had a great one on one costumer service in case I had any questions we texted and had an answer within the hour or a response in case she couldn’t answer in that moment. The cooler arrived on time and she was very attentive while we were in labor. My postpartum recovery has been so much easier thanks to placenta encapsulation. April was so easy to work with; We had our daughter in the middle of the night and April arrived bright and early to the hospital the next morning to pick up my placenta. I ordered the capsules for my wife to help with her post-partum recovery and we are happy with the product. I also put in a special request to have the umbilical cord spell out our daughter's name "Hope" and she did not disappoint. April was very prompt with everything. We had our daughter deliver at Prisma Health Greer Memorial Hospital, and upon messaging April, she arrived within 2 hours to personally pick up the placenta. We highly recommend her service, and plan on using her again for other services in the future.
