I met with Caroline but all of my interactions with the staff there were positive. She is the first nutritionist I have ever worked with who was more than willing to meet me where I am and guide me to where I need to go nutritionally at the pace where I am comfortable. I enjoyed meeting with Caroline. Meeting went by so fast, but entailed alot of information to get me started on the right path to better nutrition. It has been 2 days since my appointment, and I've already started on my nutrition goals.
