DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This company had unsecured cargo, and debris fell from the TOP of their truck and hit and cracked my windshield. They had various amounts of debris spilling o to the road, causing an unsafe hazard to regular motorists. When I called them to advise them of the incident, Adriana from HR initially took down my information and passed it to the manager. I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of this company. The experience I had with their drivers was alarming—they exhibited reckless behavior on the road, even attempting to run me off the road! When I tried to file a complaint, the situation only worsened. The receptionist not only dismissed my concerns but also had the audacity to hang up on me intentionally.
