Everything went smoothly for us and the driver was very safe which was much appreciated by the group. Thank you for all the great work. Very responsive management team as well, made it simple to work with you all from start to finish.
The staff is professional and there to help with any issues that may arise. On my recent trip TSA changed our arrival time twice. This affected the pick time, the care and understanding from the office staff to make the adjustments needed was a reminder customer service is not dead. I had no control and short notice but CCLS understood and made it happen. One thing my daughter hates is being late. So I was relieved at her wedding reception when a half hour ahead of schedule, one of her bridal party members said, "The bus is here!" Thanks so much for making it easy to book and even easier to recommend!
Had a great experience with Carolina Livery for our wedding day transportation. We had three buses, two larger ones as shuttles for our guests + one smaller for the bridal party. All the drivers arrived early and were very professional and easy to communicate with. The buses were clean, functional, and comfortable. We had multiple trips from hotels to ceremony, ceremony to reception, and reception back to hotels, and everything went smoothly. Very thankful for such a reliable and professional vendor experience!
