First order, I didn't receive tracking and correspondence in a timely manner it sort of just showed up. The second order, I let 5 days go by before reaching out. I'm told the item is out of stock, great, cool, we spend 2 days somehow finding a replacement where other shops do it immediately? Okay, fine, I hear whether and hours and whatnot. Several more days pass and the order goes from "Processing" to "On hold" and back. I reach out again, they keep assuring that they'll have it mailed "that day". the folks here are extremely nice and helpful, they work with you with whatever you've got budget wise and even have a discount for first responders and have REALLY good products
