Great experience. I’m a new hearing aid user. Friendly and very thorough. Well paced sessions that allow plenty of time for questions and answers. I highly recommend.
The new doctor and reception staff are fantastic, much better than the prior team/group.
I highly recommend Dr. Pearson, Audiologist did my hearing test. They were very thorough. Afterwards they went over the results. Excellent customer service from the time I entered the reception area until I left. Thank you for a great experience. It was the first time I had a hearing test so thorough.
I have nothing but good things to say. They found all of my benefits and helped us traverse them. They provided expert help in choosing the best device to suit my needs None of the other practitioners even came close with their assistance. This group truly believes in helping, not just serving. The difference is that they are willing to work for you instead of taking the easy way out for money.
