I came because I wanted an audiologist and the best hearing I could get and was clear from the start on my wishes. When I came to pick up my new hearing aids I was told it would be an additional $100 to fine tune them. That’s just wrong. So I learned that if you are Medicare ( I paid $2500) you don’t get the same benefits.
It’s always a pleasure going in for my annual hearing exam. Everyone is always so friendly.
