Went for a finger injury and got adequate care. Really just needed an ultrasound to confirm the injury, which I got. However, the told me to go downstairs to PT to get a splint, which I did, but neglected to mention that it costed extra until they left me a voicemail weeks later saying I hadn't paid them $130 for a splint that took 10 mins and $5 of materials to make.
