We recently had to move our mother into memory care. It’s an extremely tough decision and transition to make and go through. Francine and her amazing team helped every bit along the way. Our mother is extremely happy and well taken care of. You can’t ask for more!
Spring Oak has been wonderful with my grandfather. The move in process was simple and made easier by the staff. There’s always someone there making sure all the residents are taken care of. Staff has really made sure he had all the resources and support to make him adjust and be cared for.
This facility was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Francine and all of the other staff members were super nice. Francine knew all the residents by name, and you can tell the residents really love her. Overall, an amazing facility!
The team at Spring Oaks at York, and specifically Francine are amazing. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the professionalism and empathy that I was shown by her. Of all the places we concidered, Spring Oaks at York is hands down the best option for our family. Making this decision was not easy, but the team at York made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us make our decision based on our needs. If you are in need of assisted living or memory care, this HAS to be on the top of your list.
My mom moved into Spring Oak in July of ’24 after the death of my sister (her main caretaker). It was a traumatic and uncertain time for my mom. When we toured the facility, staff was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. It was a difficult transition but staff has been very patient and helpful with her.
