I have shopped at this store many times over the last 4 years. I will truly miss the good service and quality furniture at reasonable prices.
Horrible customer service! Bought a living room set from here. Within a few days we were already having issues with the love seat reclining. Called multiple times before they sent someone out. He beat on the frame for a couple minutes and left. It still wasn’t fixed. Called again and they refused to come back out and said to send pictures. No response from the pictures that were sent. Called again and asked them to use the warranty that we purchased separately, they refused.
I loved it got a whole living room and Joe was just awesome
We enjoyed our visit there yesterday. Very nice people. Molly was fantastic and so were her other sales people. One of the gentlemen took the time to talk to my husband about Vietnam and the other guy had beautiful eyes . We did buy a sofa and they also helped my sister-in-law buy a living room set. You guys are the best
