My recliner broke and I called Carolina furniture in Martins ferry Ohio. I talk to Bill which was very Helpful. We took the chair to his shop at the store and his employees diagnosed it. They ordered the part which was still under warranty. We would have to pay shipping. Well when we went to get the chair Bill did not charge me anything. They fixed the chair and put more stuffing in the chair and made my chair like brand new. Carolina Furniture did an excellent job repairing our couch after our dog Koda decided to dig a hole in it while we were away for a weekend. They came and picked it up on the 17th and brought it back today the 29th and all for a VERY reasonable price. Especially as I was expecting it to cost about 4x as much. We will definitely go there first to buy any new furniture in the future!
