My recliner broke and I called Carolina furniture in Martins ferry Ohio. I talk to Bill which was very Helpful. We took the chair to his shop at the store and his employees diagnosed it. They ordered the part which was still under warranty. We would have to pay shipping. Well when we went to get the chair Bill did not charge me anything. They fixed the chair and put more stuffing in the chair and made my chair like brand new.
