We have always been pleased with furniture and the customer service we receive at Carolina Furniture. Bill is so nice and sincere and goes out of his way to make sure his furniture is what you expected when it was ordered. His delivery personnel are very polite and respectful. I have been a customer of Carolina Furniture for over 30 years and will continue to buy from Bill and Carolina as long as he is in business!!!

I have purchased a kitchen table w/chairs, and a sofa and recliner in years past. My latest purchase was a king size bed. From walking in the door until I left the store, both Bill and Dave were so very helpful. The wealth of knowledge they both have about the products they are selling is incredible. I had the bed delivered and set up. Not an easy task, considering it is on the second floor with a narrow stairway, but both Joe and Justin made it seem effortless. Buying our furniture from Carolina Furniture was a pleasant experience. The furniture is of very high quality and the salesman and delivery guys were all very professional and very knowledgeable.
