I am very unhappy with this place. If i could leave 0 stars, I would. I was in a terrible car accident back in February and got my 8th concussion (former athlete🫠) and when I contacted them the first time to schedule an appointment, they told me someone would reach out to me. No one ever did. I contacted them a second time and they told me the person that does the scheduling was not in and that they would take my name and number to call me and schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, I left feeling taken advantage of. As someone who was desperate for help with my dysautonomia, I came to Carolina Functional Neurology Center feeling hopeful. The staff was very understanding of what I go through daily, which meant a lot and made me feel optimistic about treatment.
