The Simpsonville branch of this credit union is the most atrocious excuse for a functional business I have ever seen. One cannot enter the lobby to sit down and discuss accounts and loans as it is a drive thru only bank. This is made worse because of the consistent technical errors for their online banking options. When one does go through the drive thru, one has to fill out a slip of paper exclusively for what they want to accomplish while one is there. Lady with blonde hair think she's the manager who knows she always looking at her computer screen and never looks up to great when entering or leaving credit union. Now LOVE the other staff that's why I stay for the girls who really run the place.
VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!!! Not a customer but called needing directions and spoke with Marie she gave me perfect directions and was very helpful on all my questions. My father had wrote me a check and I needed to cash it for doctor bills and my bank was going to hold it. She told me I wouldn't have any problems but if so ask for her. She was right no problems at all I walked in and was spoken to with a smile from Angela.
