Paid off my auto loan to the tune of 39% never missed a payment I've been waiting for 3 months for my title and cannot get a call back or reach anyone at this office I am calling the Better Business Bureau
They are the best! I will recommend them to anybody. I haven’t had any problems out of them within the 4 years I have had my car. They ALWAYS work with you long you communicate with them! I love all the ladies there but Brandi and Tammy are my ladies they are so nice and sweet. Thank you for everything Carolina Finance you have a GREAT TEAM THERE.

May 5,2022 My deceased mother was a customer here.... I had a copy of released lien signed title given to me from this office..DMV wouldn't accept it without a company written letterhead.The supervisor at DMV asked me to call the office...Wendy Ballou was beyond rude... She began shouting on the phone, accusing me of loosing the origin which I never received...I had her on speaker for DMV to hear until I had to turn it off...Even afterwards ppl could still hear her on my personal phone shouting do u want me to help you or no... read more
