Horrible people! Very rude and unprofessional! I can’t wait to pay off my car so I don’t have to deal with these people anymore!!!
A shameful company....use anyone else but this co...its not enough the monthly finance charges and pmts are used to rob and gauge the very customers thet need them most...this is a real case of profits before people...i am facing heart surgery in jan...all my pmts are current and paid this month10 days early..in full....i begged for a 1 month derferment of pmt for jan ..time to heal and get back on my feet..a current customer....and was denied by upper management.....just shameful..... .
