The person who answered the phone was so unprofessional. They would ask me a question then cut me off mid sentence and kept telling me I don't know what I want even as I was trying to explain what I needed. They seemed more interested in ending the call by telling me to call back when I knew exactly what to ask for. I'm not an attorney and I don't work in the courts so I don't know how to get my dispute settled... that's what this place is supposed to do! Incredibly rude and no help.
