Great customer service and products!
Purchased a MaxShine mini polisher back in March 2025. I reached out to Carolina Detail Supply about the issue only to get a run around on what to do. I was told they didn’t have anymore in stock for an exchanged a week after I had no update about the issue(But online it says they can have one ready in a couple of hours) Then they tell me to reach out to MaxShine who also has been no help. They lost any future business from me and I highly don't recommend buying from them!
I deal mostly with Alex for supplies, he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions, very easy to work with. Will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to supply their automotive detail needs. Thanks again Alex and team!
