They hang up on people and sometime late and makes them miss appointments and have to get them rescheduled. And three occasions, I told them what time my doctors appointment was at and they got me there 20 to 25 minutes after I was supposed to already be there and missed my appointment got charged to reschedule my appointment and had to go back
If you need a ride to the doctor's appointments or whatever these are the guys to call
Had them scheduled to pick up a friend for a Doctors appointment and arrived at the facility way earlier then agreed upon and wouldn't wait for my friend to get ready and left after 5 minutes. My friend missed her much needed appointment. My advice...avoid this company at all costs and they won't accept responsibility.
