Had them scheduled to pick up a friend for a Doctors appointment and arrived at the facility way earlier then agreed upon and wouldn't wait for my friend to get ready and left after 5 minutes. My friend missed her much needed appointment. My advice...avoid this company at all costs and they won't accept responsibility.

They are slow, not considered of patients getting out of appointments and ready to go, nor consider the fact staff have been at work all day and would like to go home. You call them and they claim someone is coming and the patient is still sitting there another hour or more. Bad customer service!

My mother-in-law uses Carolina Custom Transportation for her weekly dialysis treatments. She has had wonderful experiences with very friendly and courteous drivers. She isn’t computer or smart phone savvy but she wanted others to know that she has 5 star experiences each time. Thank you for helping our family with your transport services!
