I would give a zero if I could. The absolute worst customer service. Placed an order on 12/18/2025. To date the Fedex website is still showing the package has not been received by Fedex even though I received a tracking number from the Carolina Cookie Company. I called and left two voice mails and sent 6 email with NO RESPONSE. THE WORST!!!!! Obviously I will context the charge on my credit card. NEVER AGAIN
