I have been with this bank for 17 years. They just hired a whole new crew within 2 years. The worst experience I have ever had to go through. They have messed up my credit. Been trying to dispute it. Never had to argue with a bank teller. Or a bank teller telling me about my money. I hate this Bank.

I've used them for about 9 years bought 4 or 5 cars and trucks with them but now when your trying to buy something you might get a call back once a week and rarely answer emails or return calls as soon as I finish paying off the loan I have now I'll be going somewhere else.. they need to bring Tess back

I use to love banking with CCCU, but it seems as if this bank has gone down. The workers are rude, no one returns your calls, they pass you along to the next person and your issues go unresolved.
