We contacted them in January, had our first consultation and paid our 50% deposit in April and then they no showed in both August and September. The second no show was because they didn’t even have our wood burning stove and couldn’t get it delivered until a few weeks after the second installation appointment. We requested any sort of reimbursement for the cancellations, no shows and inconvenience but were denied. The people are kind when you talk to them but prepare for delays!
