Woman at the desk was extremely rude. I walked in to inquire about cashing a check. She acted as if she didn’t want to assist from the start. She looked at the check and seen my signature on the back and said why did you sign it? I said well normally in order to cash a check we have to have our name one it. She then says you’re not supposed to sign the check until you’re in front of the people cashing it. I said well I was unaware of that. Then she says well that’s common knowledge when cashing a check. Horrible experience with the lady behind the counter. Nasty attitude and should not even be employed in a public setting. I manage to find the agent of the building to further advance my complaints. She's cost that company a substantial amount of income loss. I have checks cashed regularly and I will never go there again.
Do not I repeat do not cash your checks there. Lady was very rude and unprofessional it's better check cashing places out here that'll treat you better
