Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The lady that works the desk is the rudest human being I have ever met. She asked me questions answered about my job which I answered. She didn’t call to verify my company, look us up online, look on the Secretary of State. Did absolutely nothing and said my check was fake and she reported it. I have now called the police and am waiting to do a report against this rude employee and owner.

Woman at the desk was extremely rude. I walked in to inquire about cashing a check. She acted as if she didn’t want to assist from the start. She looked at the check and seen my signature on the back and said why did you sign it? I said well normally in order to cash a check we have to have our name one it. She then says you’re not supposed to sign the check until you’re in front of the people cashing it. I said well I was unaware of that. Then she says well that’s common knowledge when cashing a check.
