I have been a customer for over 20 years. They are the best. I have never had an issue. They are very detailed, they have always addressed any questions and concerns truthfully and promptly. I would highly recommend this company.
Terrible, They towed my car and that costed $150!! They have a sign that says no parking but it is hidden behind 2 flags!! Terrible people that have no respect to their community. The towing company agreed with me!!
We pulled into a lot that said Free Parking and parked in front of city cones thinking that we would be fine to spend time downtown and this business had our vehicle towed. We had to spend $154 to get out car back after we thought we parked in the right spot. We were there on a Saturday and there were plenty of open spots, so there was no chance that we thought we were in the wrong place. Great company. The comments about parking are not their issue. The building and parking lot are NOT owned by them. Why not blame the other co.pany in the building?
