Red light therapy is not only for body contouring/weight loss. Personally, I began my journey with red light therapy by word of mouth for the benefits of the skin (specifically acne/scarring). I came twice a week for a couple months, then took at least 6 months off (busy life)… I just started back and my skin is thanking me!
