Catherine from the Marketing Department was wonderful to work with. She provided us with valuable information in a very kind and caring manner. There was never a hint of any pressure to commit ourselves. She gave us a great tour of the facilities and services that are available at Carolina Bay. We enjoyed her and the time we spent with her.
My parents-in-law couldn’t be happier than they are in this community. They’ve quickly built a network of friends in this beautiful setting, with world-class amenities, a caring and engaging staff, and a top-rated wellness program. Carolina Bay has been my home since January, 2016. I feel very fortunate to be at Carolina Bay, with its terrific staff, lots of programs, and the opportunity to enjoy my wonderful friends and our new residents.
My mom recently moved into Carolina Bay at Autumn Hall and, yes, the building, amenities, and grounds are beautiful, but that's not why I gave them a 5 star rating. It's the people...the staff get the 5 star rating. If I could give them a higher rating, I surely would.
