I reached out for help with a mortgage and was treated with rudeness and condescension from the start. Carolann clearly hadn't read my application and asked several highly personal questions that were completely inappropriate and irrelevant to the mortgage process. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and respect. Buying a home is stressful enough. Dealing with someone like this only made it worse. My fifth home purchase after traveling to New Brunswick from Ontario was made so much simpler by the hard work of the Mortgage Group and especially Carol Ann. With laws for buying small homes from traditional Banks being different and the fact that I had recently retired with two fixed incomes which are half of what I had made for the previous decades made it tricky. She took all the stress out of it and we were able to buy our beautiful home. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 6️⃣
