Horrible scam targeting seniors. The items are WAY overpriced and don't look or fit like anything in the catalogs. They charge for shipping and for returns. My mom ended up paying $140 in shipping. I was livid. They also make it extremely hard and confusing to return anything. They do not send a return shipping label and you have to call customer service to initiate the return. I have bought from this company for many years but it's not the same. What I buy for a bargain price - now costs more than if I went into a store as they add tariff charges and other charges. Sadly - I can't recommend buying from them anymore.

Was bought out by someone else. Not appreciative of long time customers with my experience with Janesca. They have tariff charges and for some items high freight charges. It's not like it was.
Yikes! Horrible, what a joke on the robot phone call & then the colossal gaul to reverse & try to mimick what it thinks I just said. Probably placed an order last or several years ago & it was a geunine, human on the phone. How did robot know my new addy & all I wanted was "Cotton" cute dress. Ummm, I'm praying
