I would highly recommend Carol Smith Mortgage Services. From start to finish Carol was always friendly, informative, explained everything in detail, always available to answer questions. She gave me time to make my decision on equity release, advised the pros and cons, guiding me but not pressurising me. If Carol wasn't available Helen was also able to help me before Carol phoned me back. I would give Carol and her company 5 stars and would recommend her, which has already happened.
We could not recommend them *enough* - Having Carol and her team guide and help us, was a god-send. Being first time buyers, we had *a lot* of questions and worries. Carol (and Helen) were there every step of the way, you could literally text/call them any time and they put the time in to help with any queries we had.
