I was supposed to have an appointment today. I am a new customer. I called upon arrival to make sure I was in the right place. A kid answered the phone and said she would let her mom know. I waited outside for a few minutes and received another call where I was told that the person who was to prepare my taxes "was still in Huntsville." I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. Veronica is a sorry business person, mom left her taxes last year and this and still not done, has my mom in a mess. Zero score is 10 more than id took to another place and had both years done in 1 hour. Its a shame she done a regular customer of 30 + years like this. Very poor standard of business rate this place. Run somewhere else. Guess going to have to report her to state board and if she doesn't return moms paperwork tomorrow I'll have to get the sheriff involved, yes that bad. Run elsewhere.
